NG MTN AIPIX 2026 SERVICE – Terms & Conditions

 

 

 

1. Duration & Participation

 

 

The Service: The NG MTN AIPix 2026 service is an interactive, multi-assistant AI digital platform exclusively for MTN Nigeria subscribers.

 

The Content: The service provides an intuitive, mobile-friendly interface where users can instantly interact with specialized AI assistants across various domains (Wellness, Creativity, Gaming, Productivity, Language Support, Technical Help, and more). Content and dynamic interaction capabilities are refreshed daily.

 

The Provider: This service is provided by Upstream (the “ORGANIZER”) in partnership with Mindray via Nitroswitch.

 

Service Duration: The premium service duration is 360 days, commencing in 2026.

 

Portal Access: The portal is web-based and accessible via standard web or mobile HTML5 browsers without localized installation requirements.

 

 

2. Means of Participation

 

 

Web Onboarding: Subscribers can join the service via Web Recruitment by visiting the landing pages at https://ng-mtn-ai-pix.mndr.gg or https://ng-mtn-nmx.mndr.gg.

 

Double Opt-In Flow: Registration requires a strict Double Opt-In (DOI) flow handled through MADAPI/MSAP over secure verification networks (Evina/M-filter) to ensure valid subscriber consent.

 

Welcome Flow: Upon verification, subscribers receive a standard welcome SMS from MTN followed by an immediate welcome MT from the ORGANIZER containing unique credentials and a personalized tokenized login URL.

 

 

3. Free Trial

 

 

Eligibility: New subscribers to the Daily Subscription Scheme are awarded a one (1) day free trial period upon their first subscription.

 

Access: During the free trial period, subscribers are granted 100% discounted full access to the portal features and all AI assistants.

 

Limitations: Each individual mobile number (MSISDN) is entitled to only one free trial period. Subsequent re-subscriptions will be billed immediately.

 

 

4. Eligibility

 

 

The Service is strictly open to residents of Nigeria who are active prepaid or postpaid mobile subscribers of MTN Nigeria.

 

Participants must use a web-enabled smart device or device capable of rendering modern HTML5 web applications.

 

 

5. Service Capabilities & AI Assistant Ecosystem

 

 

Specialized Categories: Subscribers gain unlimited digital interaction with specialized domain assistants, categorized as follows:

 

  • Technology & Engineering: Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Software Engineer, Programmer, Video Game Developer, IT Support Technician, Cybersecurity Specialist, UI/UX Consultant, Renewable Energy Consultant.
  • Business, Management & Consulting: Operations Consultant, Business Coach, Human Resources Consultant, Financial Consultant, Insurance Broker, Real Estate Advisor.
  • Healthcare & Wellness: General Practitioner, Dentist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Nutritionist, Veterinarian, Mindfulness Specialist, Dietitian.
  • Legal & Public Service: Data Protection Lawyer, Labor Lawyer, Urban Planner.

Credential Retrieval: Subscribers can retrieve their login details at any time by texting PASSWORD to the service short code 77729 at no cost.

 

Profile Features: Through the ‘My Profile’ portal section, users can manage account statuses, view ‘My AI Experts’ (interaction history), and download documentation from ‘My Files’.

 

 

6. Cost, Tariffs & Fallback Schemes

 

 

Primary Price Points: Standard enrollment options include NGN 150 daily plan, NGN 300 weekly plan, and NGN 700 monthly plan.

 

Micro-Tariff Fallback Structure: If a subscriber has insufficient funds at the full daily rate, fallback micro-charging runs will execute, granting proportional valid access windows according to the schedule below:

System Cancellation Rule: Subscribers who are not successfully billed for a consecutive period of ninety (90) days will be automatically purged and unsubscribed by the MTN system environment.

 

 

7. Cancellation & Unsubscription Channels

 

 

In-Portal Opt-Out: Users can seamlessly click the ‘Unsubscribe’ button located in the Account section under ‘My Profile’.

 

USSD Option: Users can dial *305# to access their MTN self-care list and terminate active plans.

 

System Action: Customer Care representatives are fully authorized to execute opt-outs via the Upstream CRM support panel.

 

Access Rule: Billed users who opt out midway through a cycle retain access until that paid duration window expires naturally.

 

 

8. Portal Access Eligibility Matrix

 

 

  • Active during the 1-day free trial period: Eligible for full content access.
  • Active and successfully charged (Full or Fallback): Eligible for full content access.
  • Cancelled but within a valid paid-up duration window: Eligible for full content access.
  • Active subscriber with failed charging state: Restricted from content access.
  • Explicitly cancelled or never subscribed: Restricted from content access.

 

 

9. Blacklisting Regulations

 

 

Blacklisted numbers will not be sent any marketing or transactional Mobile Terminated (MT) content updates.

 

No systemic text notifications are created upon blacklisting or subsequent removal.

 

Any manual interaction attempt from a blacklisted user triggers an automated MT message clarifying explicit service ineligibility.

 

 

10. Fair Use & Technical Guidelines

 

 

Interaction Rules: Automated scraping tools, scripts, simulators, or bots configured to mimic human interactions with AI assistants are strictly banned.

 

Infrastructure Proof: All transactional historical logs recorded on Upstream analytics databases and NitroSwitch pathways serve as conclusive proof of time, date, and validity.

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms and Conditions operate under and are interpreted according to the regulatory frameworks and statutes of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
